The ANJALIMAHALKE MENTAL HEALTHCARE (OPC) Pvt Ltd is a Private Company registered on 5th September 2022 under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and Company is Limited by Shares. This online platform is used to cater to private clients who are undergoing Mental Health Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the provision of services by the Service Provider to the clients. 

1. Definition of Terms

Client - means the individual using the online mode of counselling services from www.anjalimahalke.com.

Counselling Psychologist - means a Counsellor, Psychotherapist or Practitioner Psychologist with at least a Masters degree in Psychology and its specialisations.

Confidential Information - everything that is discussed between a client and a Counselling Psychologist is treated with confidentiality, and shall not be disclosed to any third party whether orally or in writing. For more information read the Privacy Policy.

Fees - means any and all sums due under the process of therapy, for Indian Bank Account Holders the fee is 1500 INR and for Foreign Bank Holders the fee is 3000 INR, which is paid while making an appointment. 

 

Therapy Session/Appointment - an online call made between the therapist and a client to discuss the Mental Health Concern, it is usually held weekly and the intensity decreases before the actual termination.

Termination - means the process of therapy coming towards an end, which could be upon mutual discussion or without any reason by the client or upon referral of a client by the counselling psychologist to the other psychologist for a specialised treatment.

Term - means the term of the services mentioned above.
