What To Expect At Your Visit

In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, non-judgmental space rooted in over a decade of personal mindfulness practice—perfect for easing anxiety, finding focus when living with ADHD, or navigating the intense emotions of BPD.

My trauma-informed approach gently guides you through past wounds so they no longer hold you back, helping you build resilience and self-compassion. For couples, I bring together the insights of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to rebuild trust, deepen connection, and repair old hurts. When we work one-on-one I help explore the different “parts” of you—so you can understand what drives your thoughts and behaviors and find more harmony within.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

  • A Warm Welcome: We’ll begin with introductions and I’ll invite you to share what brought you here—your hopes, concerns, and what you’d like to achieve.

  • Collaborative Goal-Setting: Together, we’ll identify a few realistic goals for our work, whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving communication, or simply finding more calm day to day.

  • Comfort & Confidentiality: You’ll be heard without judgment in a secure, private online space. Everything you share is held in strict confidence.

  • Personalized Roadmap: I’ll explain how mindfulness practices, trauma-informed techniques, or EFT might fit into your journey—and we’ll tailor each step to what feels right for you.

  • Next Steps: Before we end, we’ll decide whether to meet weekly or bi-weekly and discuss any “home practice” (like simple mindfulness exercises) to keep the momentum between sessions.
