Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please login into your account and go into "my bookings" to either reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the therapy time to avail a refund. No cancellation request will be reciprocated within 24 hours of the session. Complete refund (Excluding Transaction and processing fee of 10%) will be issued within 3-4 days of the cancellation request and shall be reflected in your bank within 7 working days.
